We are seeking an Agile Program Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: • Experience leading large program level corporate IT initiatives required. • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Release Train Engineer Experience desired. Will be expected to fulfill the SAFe Release Train Engineer role for portion of initiative. • LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) knowledge required, and experience would be a plus. Will be expected to coordinate multiple non-SAFe teams, many of which will be using Large Scale Scrum. • Web-based project work required. • Role will be expected to coordinate multiple large initiatives (some already started) to hit key 2025 delivery dates and beyond. These initiatives have significant interdependencies that will need to be understood, aligned, tracked and manage to ensure successful on-time completion. • Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or develops options to work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction. • Skilled at understanding complex interdependencies, tracking progress and effectively communicating with executive level leadership. • Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline utilizing project management software and communicating with all impacted parties. Qualifications: • Candidate needs to have very strong interpersonal skills. They need to be energetic, upbeat, a good listener, confident, approachable and flexible while bringing a diplomatic approach to solve problems and get results. • Web related/Digital Marketing related project experience is important. • Flexible and dynamic: Comfortable with change and able to think on their feet. • Quick learner: Able to ramp up fast and adapt to new environments. • Focused on dealing with conflict and capable of crafting win-win solutions. • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Proven planning and organizational skills • Experienced in fast-paced, large-scale projects: Especially within large companies • Ability to lead without authority • Experience working with and leading offshore teams is a plus. • Pharma experience is a plus. • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus. • Expected onsite minimum of 3 days per week. • Bachelor's Degree • 10+ years of project management experience • Technical Proficiency: • Familiar with Jira • Can set up dashboards • Able to create reports Soft Skills & Personality Fit • Able to read the room and adjust communication style accordingly. • Relationship builder • Brings a warm, collaborative tone-not overly direct or rigid. • Balances initiative with alignment, ensuring they move in the right direction without constant oversight.
