WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead Paid Social Campaigns with Impact Own end-to-end management of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Translate client goals into effective media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences Serve as the go-to contact for client communications, building trusted relationships grounded in results and transparency. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Strategy teams to elevate campaign performance. Mentor and Develop Talent Manage and coach junior team members, fostering growth through feedback, delegation, and support. Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and elevate team output through guidance and collaboration. Drive Optimization and Growth Analyze performance data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations. Identify testing opportunities and platform innovations to help clients scale. Proactively flag risks or opportunities that affect client goals and business impact. Contribute to a High-Performing Team Support broader team and agency initiatives with a collaborative mindset. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
