Outstanding, growing food manufacturing based in Dallas is seeking a bilingual 2nd shift Production Supervisor ( 4 to 12) Excellent compensation, benefits, overtime and upward mobility. Must have two plus years of experience in a food manufacturing environment Responsibilities: • Supervise and direct work of production shift employees to ensure safe and efficient operations. • Lead production personnel by example in the areas of personal & food safety. Correct unsafe acts of employees as appropriate working with the HR team to follow progressive corrective action. • Work with the Production Manager and Plant Mgt to ensure all processing equipment and areas are clean and ready for the next shifts production. • Work together with the management team to provide orientation and training of employees. Requirements: • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Bilingual • 2+ years in a supervisory role - food manufacturing experience is preferred • Positive attitude • Strong work ethic • Safety mindset • Team Player - Leads by Example Please send your resume and compensation requirements for immediate consideration.
