At Olmec Systems, a New Charter Company, we are seeking an Helpdesk Analys (in other companies this person could hold the title of Managed Services Helpdesk Analyst,Helpdesk Support Specialist, IT Helpdesk Analyst) to deliver remote technical support and resolve client IT issues across managed environments. This is a full-time remote position. In this role, you will support client environments using Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune while collaborating with internal engineers and client stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues. To be successful in this role, you own support tickets from intake through resolution while troubleshooting user, system, and network issues across Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and client infrastructure. Communicate clearly with non‑technical users, document solutions in PSA/RMM systems, and follow security best practices while supporting diverse client environments. General job duties include: Provide support for end users via phone, email, and remote tools Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 apps, printers, and common business software Support basic networking issues such as connectivity, VPN, and DNS problems Handle user onboarding and offboarding including email setup, permissions, and workstation configuration Collaborate with other team members to ensure quick resolution and knowledge sharing Troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and other networking equipment Follow and implement security best practices across client environments Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical solutions in clear, non-technical terms Maintain detailed documentation of work performed in ticketing and documentation systems Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Helpdesk Analyst; MSP experience preferred Strong expertise in Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11) Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related cloud services Solid understanding of firewalls (Meraki, SonicWall, etc.), switches, and networking fundamentals Experience with RMM tools, PSA systems, and IT automation platforms Preferred Experience: Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python Compensation & Benefits Compensation range is $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience RTO Medical and Vision Insurance Benefits 401k with matching Who We are: At New Charter, we’re building a caliber of business the IT industry hasn’t yet seen.
