We are hiring immediately for Entry Level Promotional Customer Service Representatives to support live events, outreach programs, and face-to-face marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with the public at events throughout the Fresno area. Your job is to provide excellent customer service, share campaign information, and create positive, memorable brand experiences. Responsibilities include: Representing nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at live events and promotional activations Answering questions and educating attendees about services and community programs Assisting with event setup, logistics, registration, and promotional material distribution Supporting marketing and outreach teams to ensure smooth event operations Collecting customer feedback and tracking interactions Troubleshooting on-site challenges with a positive, solutions-driven approach Providing friendly, professional service at every interaction What We’re Looking For No experience required — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
