We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, community activations, outreach programs, and nonprofit marketing campaigns. Role Overview As an Event Assistant, you’ll help coordinate and execute local community events that promote nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while creating a positive, memorable experience for attendees. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup, signage, displays, and materials Greet attendees and share basic campaign or nonprofit information Support team leads with logistics, registration, and crowd engagement Manage booth activities, promotional items, and outreach stations Interact with community members to build awareness and participation Gather simple event data and attendee feedback Maintain a friendly, professional presence throughout each event What We’re Looking For Experience is not required—we hire based on attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
