We’re currently hiring Entry Level Customer Service Associates to support live events, community outreach, and in-person marketing campaigns for nonprofit partners. If you enjoy working with people, want to start quickly, and are looking to gain valuable experience with a fast-growing organization, this role is an excellent fit. Position Summary As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly, engaging point of contact at events and outreach sites. You’ll help introduce the public to our nonprofit campaigns, provide accurate information, answer questions, and create positive experiences that encourage community involvement. No experience required — paid training provided. Key Responsibilities • Welcome attendees and provide clear, helpful campaign information • Support event setup, registration, operations, and teardown • Distribute promotional materials and represent nonprofit partners • Engage guests to build awareness for fundraising and community initiatives • Document interactions and share insights with leadership • Collaborate with event and outreach teams for smooth execution • Maintain a friendly, energetic, professional presence • Deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments Qualifications Experience not required — we provide full training. Ideal candidates: • Communicate clearly and confidently • Enjoy speaking with people in public settings • Bring an outgoing, customer-first attitude • Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn • Can manage multiple tasks during busy events • Are available for some evenings and weekends • Are 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Preferred (Not Required): Retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or fundraising experience.
