Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience with syndicated data and presenting to retailers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyze complex data are also required.
The Category Analyst is an entry level position that supports the team through data mining and analyst, presenting information and assisting with building presentations. Essential Duties: • Provides category analytic reporting • Develops and maintains sales tools and scorecards • Other projects and duties as assigned. Education/ Experience/Skills: • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years’ experience working with syndicated data and presenting to retailers or equivalent • General knowledge in extracting and mining data • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs • General understanding of the beer category, syndicated data and retail chains, a plus • Ability to analyze complex data and develop simple, actionable insights Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
