Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a private biotech company located in Cumberland, RI and Needham, MA, within the realm of Greater Boston’s vast biotechnology landscape. Since our inception more than 20 years ago, our focus has been on developing and commercializing transformative therapies for chronic eye diseases. The core platform technology, Encapsulated Cell Therapy (ECT), is a first-in-class drug delivery platform designed to slow the progression of chronic eye diseases. Neurotech’s first commercial product, ENCELTOTM (revakinagene taroretcel-lwey), is approved in the United States for the treatment of adults with idiopathic Macular Telangiectasia Type 2 (MacTel). Encapsulated cell-based gene therapy is designed to provide long-term, sustained delivery of therapeutic proteins for the treatment of chronic eye diseases.   The Associate Director of Commercial Business Operations plays a critical role in strengthening and scaling Neurotech’s commercial data and field enablement infrastructure. This position sits at the intersection of technology, business planning, and field execution, reporting to the VP, of Commercial Operations. Success in this role requires close collaboration across the enterprise, including IT, Sales, Insights & Analytics, Marketing, Market Access and other cross-functional partners. The role is suited for a home office-based professional with strong technical acumen, solid interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset.    This role will drive commercial performance by translating data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and enabling effective field execution. While experience with CRM platforms and commercial systems is beneficial, greater emphasis is placed on understanding how these tools support business objectives and field impact. The position offers broad exposure across the organization, providing opportunities to expand functional expertise, develop core competencies, and build a strong professional network.    In partnership with IT, this role will support the ongoing management and optimization of the commercial data ecosystem, including the data warehouse and adjacent platforms that enable CRM, reporting, master data management, and data governance. The Associate Director will also collaborate closely with field leadership to deliver operational solutions that enhance field execution, such as incentive compensation, targeting, data transparency and field reporting.    This position is in Needham, MA, 4 days per week in-office  Job Requirements  * Partnerwithvendorsandcross functional partners to design and implement a commercial datamanagement infrastructure * Manage vendor support for commercial data integration activities * Lead for market access analytics and developing reports through requirement gathering (HUB, SP,SD, 3PL) * Utilize commercial data sources to provide recommendations and insights * Support data governance and MDM best practices * Coordinate with Marketing and integrate digital & multi-channel marketing data into a commercial data environment  * Serve as a lead for commercial field effectiveness and operational inquiries * Partner with Commercial Analytics to develop targeting and segmentation methodologies * Deliver routine and ad-hoc reporting on field activity, productivity, and performance * Translate data into insights to informfieldstrategy, execution, and resource allocation * Develop andmaintainnational, sub-national andexecutive-level reportingthrough BI dashboard/reportingand ad hoc analytics * Embed AI tools and capabilities into key processes and workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes * Lead/co-lead monthly performance reviews * Serve as the primary operations partner to field leadership, providing actionable insights and operational guidance * Lead the design, administration, and governance of incentive compensation plans, including performance reporting and partnership with Finance to ensure accurate and timely IC calculations and payouts   Education & Experience   * Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is a plus * Minimum of7years’ experience in biotech and/or specialty pharmaceutical company * Experience supporting a field force in a launch or early commercialization environment * Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong cross-functional leadership skills * Strong leadership experience, managing vendors, and scaling commercial infrastructure. * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset * Proficiency with commercial technology, software platforms and programming languages(CRM, BI tools, Snowflake, SQL, Python, R) * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills * Strong writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to senior management * Ability to travelapproximately20%of the time Neurotech Pharmaceuticals provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
