Position Summary The Director of Clinical Trial Recruitment will lead the efforts with both life sciences companies and CROs (Clinical Research Organizations) to recruit patients needed for clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of clinical trial recruitment and should be aware of the overall drug development process from research to FDA submission to post-market analysis. This role requires a highly motivated and determined business development leader who has solid connections, contacts within life science companies and CROs. Key Responsibilities • Should have strong connections with one of the top CROs and at least 5 big pharma. Also to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and potential partners. • Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify leads and prepare them for discussion. • Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to represent NDAI and generate opportunities. • Identify neurology-focused clinical trials. • Determine the phase of the trial and current patient recruitment initiatives. • Work with the internal NeuroDiscovery AI team to identify patients who meet the trial`s inclusion, exclusion criteria. • Leverage already established connections within pharma and CROs to demonstrate NeuroDiscovery AI`s ability to identify and recruit patients for clinical trials rapidly. • Network among all life science companies and CROs to establish NDAI as the 1st choice for patient recruitment in clinical trials. • Prospect new business opportunities for revenue-generating patient recruitment projects. • Help manage client relationships and ensure all expectations of engagement are met. Requirements • 5-10 years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years working within a similar type of role. • Excellent networking and communication skills. • Technical understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and clinical trials. • Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. • Proven track of closing sales opportunities. • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.
