Essential Job Functions: • Extract actionable insights from existing reporting to deliver clear commercial takeaways that drive business success. • Act as the primary liaison between the commercial analytics team and senior stakeholders, building strong relationships to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights. • Effectively operate within a lean team structure, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in generating timely, actionable recommendations without reliance on extensive support resources. • Foster alignment and promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery of high-impact, quality outcomes for C-suite and internal stakeholders. • Lead the development and execution of analytics projects focused on targeting, segmentation, forecasting, promotion effectiveness, and resource allocation. • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate robust business discussions by interpreting crucial insights from complex datasets. • Independently analyze and synthesize multifaceted commercial data to generate insights that inform critical business decisions. • Build and manage forecasting models that reflect market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning. • Make informed and timely decisions with a high degree of urgency and sound judgement in a dynamic commercial environment • Present complex analyses and recommendations to executive leadership, including CCO, CEO, and VP of Sales, to guide decision-making and optimize commercial outcomes. • Exhibit executive presence and credibility in all engagements with senior leaders, effectively communicating complex analytics and recommendations. • Partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to consolidate reporting and insights that directly influence and shape commercial strategies and organizational outcomes. Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): • Proven experience in commercial analytics, data analysis, forecasting, or strategy within a corporate or consulting environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. • Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and solve high-level business or scientific problems. • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and strategic insight. • Deep understanding of discipline-specific functions and their impact across departments and business objectives. • Effective leader and mentor; experienced in managing cross-functional or indirect teams. • Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple large projects with accuracy and efficiency. • Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, patient-level data) and market analysis. • Working knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques. • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and Word. • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and access/reimbursement landscapes. • Excellent communication skills; able to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentations.
