SuccessFactors Integrations Architect Remote - Contract We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integrations Architect to design, develop, and deliver complex integration solutions. This role requires deep expertise in integration architecture, middleware solutions including SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, APIs and ability to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors to other HR and corporate platforms. The ideal candidate, and will have a demonstrated track record of leading HRIS and payroll, GL Integrations and Corporate system integrations. Location: Remote, United states Responsibilities: Design, and implement integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors HXM to HR, Benefits, Time, Payroll systems and corporate systems Lead and manage end to end integration lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design specification, configuration, development, testing, deployment and vendor coordination. Deliver integration solutions with both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom interfaces. Drive best practices, Implement and adhere to security, compliance, and audit standards and enhance system interoperability for a seamless employee experience. Define integration strategies, develop scalable interfaces, resolve integration challenges collaborating with Business, IT and vendors teams. Lead implementation of SuccessFactors connectors. Design, Build, configure, test and deploy middleware integrations using SAP PI, CPI, Integration Center, Dell Boomi, APIs, SFTP. Create and manage interface mappings, value transformations, and error-handling logic. Lead workshops and design sessions with Business, Technical and vendor teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications driving implementation and continuous improvements. Drive unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing with stakeholder teams. Implement and manage SAP SF EC Payroll interfaces including GL interfaces. Develop and maintain technical documentation including Integration Architecture, design specifications, and data flow diagrams. Stay current with industry trends and recommend technical solutions options that can address business needs. Develop and manage project plans for Integrations. Lead transfer knowledge to the client for on-going support. Qualifications: 10 - 15 years with HCM Integrations 7 years of experience with SuccessFactors Integrations Domain knowledge in HR Business processes Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other Payroll systems such as ADP global view, Dayforce preferred Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other corporate systems such as Concur, Service now is preferred Experience with Payroll GL Posting interfaces is preferred.
