SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect Remote - Contract We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SuccessFactors HCM, and a demonstrated ability to deliver scalable solutions for complex business needs. This role requires strong collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust system solutions aligning with best-practices. Location: Remote, United states Responsibilities: Serve as the Cross-functional expert across the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. Provide functional and technical leadership across all project phases, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution architecture, system landscape planning, data migration, testing, integration, and deployment. Guide both business and technical teams in applying best-practice solution design strategies to ensure successful outcomes across the SuccessFactors platform. Lead the translation of business requirements into feasible, scalable system solutions. Design and implement proof of concepts to validate proposed technical solution options. Collaborate with various levels of stakeholders in gaining consensus on solution architecture. Stay current on the latest SAP releases, and proactively Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and system optimization to enhance the overall employee experience. Support pre-sales initiatives, including the development and review of solution roadmaps, technical feasibility assessments, effort estimates, and responses to RFPs/RFQs. Act as the escalation point for Level 2 support issues. Drive the development of key architecture deliverables, including as-is and to-be system landscape diagrams and the Solution Architecture Document, in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Create and maintain the Solution Design Document and Technical Architecture documentation in partnership with cross-functional teams. Provide support throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle in a client-facing capacity. Build and maintain strong working relationships with business, functional, and technical teams. Cultivate deep knowledge of industry-specific business processes and relevant SAP technical solutions. Maintain a holistic view of the client's solution throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the technical point of contact. Create, validate, and manage configuration workbooks to support implementation activities. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment. Qualifications: 10 years of experience with SuccessFactors configuration. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related field Certified in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules. Four full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations Extensive domain knowledge across HCM business processes Expert in aligning SuccessFactors product capabilities with Business needs. Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources industry best practices. Excellent Presentation skills Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
