SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect Remote - Contract We are looking for SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead solution design. Ideal candidate will bring experience leading SuccessFactors Optimization projects partnering with business and technical teams. Location: Remote, United states Responsibilities: Lead Requirements Gathering, Reporting solution design in SuccessFactors. Design, Create and Manage SuccessFactors Report Stories for all SuccessFactors modules. Working knowledge of IAS and IPS configuration Troubleshoot, update, design, create and manage SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Tools – Dashboards, Canvas Reports, Adhoc Reports, Advanced Analytics Strong working knowledge of Reporting Integrations between SuccessFactors and other Reporting tools (SAP BI, SAC, Power BI, Tableau) Support reporting needs for RPA and Automation solutions. Experience working as part of project team and production support Team Drive requirements, configuration, testing and production deployment with business and Technical Teams. Manage intake for break fix requests and system inquiries for production support. Resolve Incident resolution as per SLA. Support SF releases, drive release meetings with business user community, provide release feature overview, implement and test release features. Responsible for addressing Audit requests. Ability to drive solution design, configuration for Employee Central and LMS modules is a plus. Qualifications: 7 years of experience with SuccessFactors. 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Report Stories Hands on Experience with one full cycle SuccessFactors Report Stories Implementation. Certified in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules. Excellent Presentation skills Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
