Requirements • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation • Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases • Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications • Expertise in translating emerging technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes • Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration • Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps) • Ability to connect business strategy to execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams • Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums • Strong storytelling and communication skills with dynamic and engaging personality, simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders • Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping problem statements in early-stage strategy engagements • Experience contributing to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership Nice-to-haves • Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics a big plus
