Role (Overview of the position): This part-time role is to support marketing content creation, including content strategy, copywriting, and hands-on graphic design. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing and working closely with our fractional CMO, this person will ensure all creative assets align with brand standards while supporting the Performance Marketer and Marketing Manager with high-converting static, digital, and event content that drives engagement and conversions. Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the role) Creative Design & Ad Development • Design high-performing ad creatives for paid social, Google Ads, and display campaigns • Create static graphics, animated GIFs, and basic video content for social media and • advertising • Develop landing page graphics, banners, and visual elements that support conversion • optimization • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets while testing new creative • approaches • Design email templates, headers, and visual elements for marketing campaigns Copywriting & Content Creation • Write compelling ad copy for paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms • Develop email marketing copy including subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action • Assist with social media captions and content that align with brand voice and drive engagement • Write landing page copy and optimize existing content for better conversion rates • Develop marketing collateral copy, including brochures, one-pagers, and event materials • Maintain and update master messaging copy deck and ensure consistent messaging across all brand assets and channels Brand & Visual Standards • Maintain and evolve NeuFit's brand guidelines and visual identity standards • Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements • Organize and maintain creative asset library for easy access across teams • Create templates and brand resources for consistent application across channels • Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints Event & Print Marketing Support • Design event collateral including flyers, banners, booth graphics, and promotional materials • Create print marketing materials and coordinate with vendors for production • Develop digital event assets including social media graphics and email templates • Design swag and promotional items that align with brand standards • Support trade show and event marketing needs with quick-turnaround creative Cross-functional Creative Support • Collaborate with our Performance Marketer to create test-ready ad variations and creative concepts • Support Marketing Manager with social media graphics, stories, and post designs • Create sales enablement materials including presentations, leave-behinds, and digital assets • Support website updates with graphics, icons, and visual elements as needed Content Strategy & Optimization • Stay current with design trends and best practices in healthcare/medical device marketing • Recommend new creative formats and content types based on performance insights • Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning with creative recommendations Results (Expected Accomplishments) • High-quality, on-brand creative assets delivered on time and within brand guidelines • Improved ad performance through compelling creative that drives higher engagement and conversion rates • Consistent brand presentation across all marketing channels and touchpoints • Efficient creative production process with organized asset management • Strong collaboration with team members resulting in cohesive campaign execution • Creative assets that comply with healthcare industry regulations and best practices Requirements (Expected Proficiencies) • 4+ years of graphic design and copywriting experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) WordPress and Canva • Strong copywriting skills with experience in ad copy, email marketing, and web content • Experience creating content for paid social media advertising and digital campaigns • Understanding of conversion-focused design principles and user experience best practices • Knowledge of brand development and maintaining visual consistency across channels • Familiarity with healthcare/medical device marketing compliance preferred • Basic video editing skills (preferred but not required) • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills and collaborative working style Time Commitment & Schedule • Part-time position: 20-25 hours per week aligning primarily with Central Time • Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours during business days • Occasional urgent requests may require quick turnaround • Some projects may require coordination with external vendors or print deadlines Reports To: VP of Sales and Marketing
