By connecting top suppliers with project teams, Cue Crane drives cost savings, transparency, and reliability for some of the largest telecom programs in the U.S. Role Overview We’re looking for an Associate Operations Manager to join our Cue Crane team in Houston. This role ensures smooth execution of crane and lift deployments across multiple job sites. You’ll be the vital link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—managing schedules, resolving issues, and keeping operations safe and efficient. This is not a field role; it’s about high-level coordination and oversight. What You’ll Do • Coordinate end-to-end equipment deployments • Act as liaison between customers, GCs, and crane operators • Track live jobs and escalate issues to avoid delays • Communicate with stakeholders on site access, permits, and documentation (FAA, DOT, traffic control, EH&S) • Manage supplier performance against safety, quality, and reliability KPIs • Support bid reviews and equipment selection • Drive process improvements within the Cue Crane platform What We’re Looking For • 2+ years in operations coordination, logistics, or scheduling (construction, crane services, or telecom preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling/project tools • Bonus if you have experience with crane/lift operations, EH&S protocols, or telecom deployment workflows
