Full Description

Role: FullStack Developer (TypeScript / Next.js / NestJS / AWS Serverless) Duration: 12 months Location: Remote Client: Healthcare Client need someone with Healthcare Background Full-Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript / Next.js / NestJS / AWS Serverless) What the team is building A TypeScript platform with: • ANext.js 15 / React 19web app (modern App Router, server + client components) • ANestJSbackend service designed forAWS serverlessdeployment • A sharedentities/data librarythat owns domain types andPostgreSQL schema migrations (Prisma) What we need this person to do • Build UI features inReact/Next.js(data-heavy screens, modern patterns, strong TypeScript) • Build backend endpoints/workflows inNestJS, including serverless-friendly patterns • Work withPostgreSQL(schema design + performant queries) using typed SQL/query tooling • Integrate withAWSservices (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM) • Write tests and ship production-quality code Required skills (must-have) • StrongTypeScript • React+Next.jsexperience (App Router strongly preferred) • Node.jsbackend experience (NestJS preferred) • PostgreSQLexperience • Hands-onAWS serverless/event-drivenexperience (Lambda + S3 + queues/events) • Comfortable with automated testing + code quality practices Current tech stack (high-level) • Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Mantine, AG Grid, React Query, Zustand, Zod, NextAuth • Backend: NestJS 10 (Fastify), AWS serverless adapter, PostgreSQL, Kysely, Zod, Pino • Data library: Prisma + @prisma/client, Zod, Kysely typing integration • Testing: Vitest + Playwright (frontend), Jest (backend/libs) Nice to have • AG Grid(or similar data-grid libraries) • Mantine UI • Kysely(typed SQL) and/orPrisma migrations • Feature flags (OpenFeature), structured logging (pino) Thanks John NetStrive Consulting, LLC 450, E. 22nd St, Suite 178, Lombard, IL 60148 Direct: Desk No: Ext-404 Fax: Web: Email: Note: This email is not intended to be a solicitation.
