Position Overview We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who is a hunter and who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced, high-energy company. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is a full-time, remote position. Those local to Sarasota, FL can work in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with three to five years of goal-crushing sales experience. Reputation management or SEO experience is a huge advantage. Responsibilities • This is a hunter position with full sales cycle responsibility – hunt, prospect, close deals • Enthusiastic representation and clear explanation of NetReputation.com solutions and services • Develop new accounts daily and achieve (and beat) company quota • Growing your residual book of business to create long-term value for the company Qualifications • 35 years experience in inside sales in a hunter role with full sales cycle experience • Experience with Reputation management, Digital Marketing, and SEO verticals • Startup culture oriented • Ability to prospect and hunt to find highly qualified prospects • Ability to close highly qualified prospects • Enthusiastically represents the company and its services • Creatively navigating past the gatekeeper to the decisionmaker is a must • Strong followup and time management skills • Strong and concise communication skills externally; ability to collaborate effectively in a WFH environment • Ability to excel in a fastpaced, highenergy environment with a competitive and positive nature Compensation Package • Paid training program with incentives • Base pay • Large commissions • Residual income on a client portfolio • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses • Our reps are averaging $6,000$13,000 per month • Top performers are earning $20,000+ a month Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 – $150,000.00+ per year
