Duration: 6 months Contract W2 Location: Remote - California preferred Note - No c2c/Corp to Corp Content syndication focus on spreading content: distribution, repurposing, propagation, circulation, publication, broadcasting, dissemination, republishing, or partner content distribution, emphasizing sharing across platforms (like social media, partner sites) to gain reach, build authority, and generate leads Core Job Responsibilities: • Oversee lead validation and delivery in collaboration with multiple internal teams (India MOPS team, AMS MOPS team, Vendor Communication, Media Agency), ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce/CRM systems. • Serve as the go-to internal contact for all content syndication questions, supporting both new campaign launches and campaigns in progress. • Manage end-to-end content syndication campaigns, including vendor coordination, delivery, and campaign launch. • Comfortable in Salesforce reporting to track and monitor campaign performance daily/weekly, ensuring lead flow meets agreed SLAs. • Work with internal team to maintain reporting dashboards and provide insights to stakeholders on lead quality and pipeline impact. • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders by providing regular updates on campaign status, performance, and key milestones. • Drive weekly Internal CS meeting going over Audience Targeting, Budget pivots, Timeline updates, + launch timelines. • Oversee the creation of abstracts and copy for content, ensuring vendor landing pages align with client’s approved messaging and legal requirements. • Conduct post-mortem analysis to recommend improvements for future content syndication programs. experience: • 2-3+ years working with media agencies • 3+ years of project management experience leading initiatives within a global marketing team (digital marketing preferred) • Familiar with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, etc. • Experience with and understanding of content syndication as a marketing channel (direct content syndication campaign management experience is strongly preferred) • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Datorama
