Job Description NetImpact Strategies has a great opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, which includes partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership as a talent advisor. An understanding of business operations, IT and management consulting is essential. You must project a professional image, understand the nature of the government contract and/or clearance requirements, organizational and market challenges and provide innovative solutions. Responsibilities Use modern sourcing methods to identify and connect with passive candidates for open and proposed roles Maintain accurate notes, records and documentation in the ATS (iCims) Develop and maintain a robust and consistent pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
