Clinical Imaging Analyst — Remote (CST Hours) | W2 Only Pay Rate: $75.00–$80.00 per hour — W2 only (no C2C / no sponsorships) Employment Type: 12-month contract with strong potential for extension Location: Fully Remote — must be available during CST business hours Openings: 10+ — hiring immediately About the Role We are expanding a large-scale imaging program and hiring multiple Clinical Imaging Analysts to support lifecycle management, build, configuration, validation, and upgrade work across a diverse enterprise imaging environment covering both Radiology and Cardiology. This is not a pure PACS admin or end-user support role. This team owns application lifecycle execution across 200+ clinical imaging platforms, including legacy systems, upgrades, and migration readiness. You will act as a technical SME partnering with project managers, vendors, and clinical leaders to ensure stable and scalable imaging operations. Key Responsibilities • Support application lifecycle work including installs, upgrades, replacements, and stabilization • Perform hands-on build, install, configuration, and validation activities • Participate in testing/UAT and go-live readiness activities • Serve as an SME partnering with PMO, vendors, and imaging leadership • Support both Radiology and Cardiology environments (hemodynamics highly valued) • Assist with discovery and planning for legacy application retirement • Work across a wide range of imaging platforms — not just PACS • Contribute to workflow improvement and reliability across multi-site environments Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on clinical imaging application experience • Proven application build/configuration experience (not only end-user support) • Experience supporting installations, upgrades, testing, and validation • Experience acting as an application SME with PMs and vendors • Understanding of clinical workflow and imaging integration concepts • Radiology and/or Cardiology platform exposure • Hemodynamics experience strongly preferred • Confident, proactive communicator capable of owning delivery tasks Preferred Experience (Not Required) • ServiceNow • Google Workspace • Multi-platform imaging environments Education • Bachelor’s degree not required Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
