Architect and lead the design, implementation, and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and integration with multiple tools.
7-10+ years of progressive ServiceNow experience with multiple module expertise, preferred certifications, and strong integration and architectural skills.
ServiceNow Architect Candidates must be US Cit, GC, GC EAD, or TN Duration: 12+ months contract (extension or potential to convert to perm). Location: Remote – must work U.S. Central hours Candidate Requirements 7–10+ years of progressive ServiceNow experience, strong hands-on technical architecture background Must have experience across multiple ServiceNow modules Prior developer background is highly preferred Certifications preferred: ITSM, CMDB, HRSD (CTA a plus) Healthcare experience: Nice to have, not required Candidate must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with multiple parallel tasks/ Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines Phase 2 Scope: Enhancements to existing modules: ITSM, CMDB, SPM, ITOM, ITAM New modules: HAM/HAM Pro, Enterprise Asset Management, Procure-to-Pay Case Management HRSD transition: Migrating from ServiceNow Service Delivery to Oracle Help Desk (HRSD knowledge preferred) - Oracle experience: Not required 40+ existing integrations; 5–6 more planned Deep integration with ERP, monitoring tools (5,000+ incidents/week), and automation platforms (Ansible, Jenkins, UiPath) Job Description: Responsibilities: - Senior ServiceNow Architect responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. - Responsible for ensuring that the solutions delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with enterprise architecture and standards. - Responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives - Responsible for establishing and supporting best practices around platform strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the overall technical health of the platform - Strong experience in integration of ServiceNow with other tools - Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations that do not align to ServiceNow best practices - Proactively and continuously, evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the Solutions - Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures - Understand latest technology, solutions, and industry trends and conceptualize functional solutions that address business needs, opportunities and issues - Ensure technology decisions relative to specific projects are in line with the long term solution architecture roadmap. - Within the scope of the job, it requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
