Candidates need to be local to the St. Louis, Missouri area only please Hybrid On-Site position (in office 2 days/week) Contract to Hire Rate: $65-70/hr. with benefits Senior Project Manager (Payment Systems projects) Primary PM experience Notes: Project Manager • Lead and support new Payment Services being implemented • Need vendor management • Payments knowledge • Project will be migrating current system to modern version---a lot of migration tasks • Big Picture/Strategic thinker SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project. 2. Highly competent in use of MS Office tools 3. Familiarity with business diagram tools like MS-Visio 4. Relational database experience with Microsoft SQL Server. 5. Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 7. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem- solving capabilities. 8. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. 9. Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity. 10. Strong written and oral communication skills. 11. Strong interpersonal skills. 12. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. 13. Customer service skills. 14. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
