What You’ll Do NetDocuments is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the continued evolution of our AI, Search, and Automation solutions for legal professionals. In this high-impact role, you will set the direction for a growing product portfolio that integrates cutting-edge AI and search functionality to redefine how legal professionals create, collaborate, and manage their content. As a key member of the Product leadership team, you’ll drive product strategy, lead a team of product managers, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative ideas to market. You’ll balance visionary thinking with disciplined execution—ensuring every initiative aligns with NetDocuments’ mission to deliver world-class, intelligent solutions for the legal industry. You will: Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap focused on AI, search, and workflow automation for legal professionals. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer obsession. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver seamless and scalable solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients. Oversee the full product lifecycle—from strategy and requirements through launch and adoption—ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and cross-functional stakeholders. Use market insights, customer feedback, and data to guide decisions and prioritize investments that deliver measurable business impact. Anticipate market shifts and emerging AI technologies to maintain NetDocuments’ leadership in legal tech innovation. Serve as an internal and external thought leader, representing NetDocuments at conferences, client events, and industry forums. What You’ll Need to be Successful 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or people management role. Proven success in defining and executing strategic product roadmaps for SaaS or enterprise software solutions. Experience leading AI or data-driven product initiatives, ideally within content management, productivity, or legal tech domains. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office integrations and how legal professionals use these tools. Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic value. Hands-on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Comfort operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment where adaptability and innovation are key. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience delivering AI-enabled or machine learning-based products. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
