Title: Web Developer - Full-Stack Location: 100% REMOTE to start Length: 3-6+ month contract Phone and WebEx MUST be a .NET developer with strong Kentico experience - with V12 or 13 as well as MVC. The Engineer (FULL STACK) is responsible for designing and driving the implementation of client and internal solutions, generally in the form of websites and web application development. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Mastery of semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript Mastery of at least one .NET CMS platform - ideally Kentico Mastery of C# .NET and MVC Basic knowledge of .Net web forms Competent to Experienced in understanding and use of SQL Server, MY SQL, or MONGO DB Familiarity with use of JS Frameworks such as Angular JS and React 5+ years of relevant work experience Familiarity with Git Familiar with a variety of development languages, markup languages, and platforms with the ability and affinity to learn new ones rapidly Design and implement complex components and application features Conscious competency evolving in architect and design of technical solutions for entire projects while adhering to project requirements and budget Understand the tradeoffs in scalability, maintainability, and flexibility to mitigate adverse compromises while designing and implementing technical solutions Understand and help to ensure that technical solutions meet company defined standards including search, accessibility, and best practices Participate in numerous phases of project lifecycle including but not limited to information architecture, user experience, and design Drive the requirements gathering phase of projects; balancing the needs and goals of the client as well-as the scope and budget of the project Provide mentorship to junior team members Provide leadership and direction with other developers on the team Collaborate with the various agency departments (including but not limited to SEO, Digital Media, Creative, UX/UI, QA) and clients to solve problems Support the review process by providing feedback on junior employees as well-as peers Preferred Qualifications and Experience Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree User experience and/or information architecture experience AWS, Azure, or similar infrastructure experience QA and/or UAT experience CI/CD experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with others Strong organization skills Why work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
