Job Title: Recruitment / Selection Specialist (Executive Sourcing) Duration: 06-month contract (with possibility of extension) Location: 100% Remote Pay Rate: $55.00 - $ 59.65/hour on W2 (paid weekly) Position Overview The Executive Sourcing Talent Access Partner will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality executive-level talent to support client's global business objectives. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive TA leadership to drive best-in-class sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and candidate experiences for VP and senior leadership roles. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 5 years of professional/business experience. At least 4 years of experience in Executive Recruiting, Sourcing, Talent Development, or HR. Experience r ecruiting executive-level roles, including VP and senior leadership positions. Demonstrated ability to create talent pipelines across multiple functions and levels using diverse sourcing channels. Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively across an organization. Global talent perspective with knowledge of emerging technologies impacting the recruiting industry. Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written). Preferred Qualifications & Competencies Experience supporting FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Packaged Goods, or fast-paced industries. Background in corporate executive recruiting, retained search firms, or agency environments. Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting technologies; experience with Taleo or similar ATS and Talent Relationship Management systems preferred. Strong knowledge of HR recruitment practices, including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies. Excellent assessment and interviewing skills with strong command of selection methodologies and tools. Demonstrated ability to use metrics and data to evaluate and improve recruiting performance. Key Responsibilities Executive Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for executive-level and senior leadership roles across Kenvue globally. Identify, screen, assess, and engage top executive talent using multiple sourcing channels and methodologies. Build, maintain, and nurture long-term executive talent pipelines for critical and future-focused roles. Conduct market research and analyze industry and talent trends impacting executive hiring. Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a strategic sourcing partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders by providing talent insights, market intelligence, and recommendations. Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs and business priorities. Support executive hiring initiatives by actively identifying and engaging external prospects for high-priority roles. Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Leverage enterprise employer branding strategies to attract executive talent. Design and execute innovative digital outreach campaigns through social media, email marketing, and professional networks. "Sell” the organization and its value proposition to passive candidates using data-driven insights and storytelling. Data, Technology & Performance Metrics Utilize business intelligence, data analytics, and recruiting technology to identify diverse and high-quality talent pools. Partner with Executive TA leadership to review key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness. Apply metrics regularly to assess sourcing performance and drive continuous improvement. Candidate Experience & Agile Sourcing Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by building trusted relationships and maintaining consistent engagement. Promote agile thinking through fast, adaptive, and iterative sourcing approaches aligned with business needs. Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function by supporting talent identification, attraction, and acquisition across multiple talent segments. Why Work With Us?
