SAP Time and Absence Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience- • Connect with HR business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across core HR processes (HR Core) and translate them into Test scripts • Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases. • Conduct thorough testing of SAP configurations to ensure system reliability and performance.. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules. • Work with HR business stakeholders to understand the requirements of HR Core, Talent Acquisition and Time & Absence. • Map business requirements to appropriate SAP HXM/SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning. • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles, covering end-to-end cross-module flows. • Perform defect management by logging, categorizing, tracking, and coordinating resolution of issues in defect management tools (e.g., Solution Manager, HP ALM, JIRA). • Deliver post-go-live support, including hyper care activities, regression testing during quarterly releases, and continuous system enhancements to improve employee experience.
