Role : Oracle Service Logistics Cloud Expert Location : Atlanta GA (Remote) Position Type : Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking an Oracle Service Logistics Cloud expert to design, implement, and support service parts, field service, and reverse logistics solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Service Logistics, Inventory, Field Service, and Depot Repair. Key Responsibilities: • Implement & configure Oracle Service Logistics Cloud for service parts, inventory, and returns management. • Integrate with Field Service, Depot Repair, Order Management, and 3PLs. • Optimize warranty tracking, RMAs, service contracts, and reverse logistics. • Provide functional & technical support, troubleshooting, and user training. • Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL. Qualifications: • 3+ years of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud experience. • Expertise in Inventory, Order Management, Field Service, and ERP integrations. • Strong understanding of service supply chain & logistics. • Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs (preferred). • Oracle Cloud certification (a plus) Best Regards, Bismillah Arzoo (AB)
