Job Title: Manager 2, Business Solutions Duration: 09+ months contract Location: Summit, NJ 07901 (Hybrid) Client: KenVue (Johnson & Johnson) Payrate: $51.82/hr on W2 Position Description • Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline for the business in collaboration with Innovation team. Develop and deploy all aspects of product innovation in a highly cross-functional environment • Own ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research • Lead execution of innovation projects in close collaboration with R&D, packaging engineering, finance, supply chain, designers and agencies among other business partners to develop new products, claims, and comms from project definition, briefing, and development to execution. • Lead the content development for New Product launches working closely with a cross agency team including social assets, influencer content, ecommerce content and shopper.
