Role name: Engagement Manager Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Experience Required: 18+ years as a Program Manager / Engagement Manager Key Responsibilities: • Govern end-to-end project delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives. • Collaborate with clients to prioritize deliverables and define project expectations. • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules. • Lead, guide, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. • Track project status, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues. • Provide timely updates, reports, and communication to clients and stakeholders. • Ensure quality, timelines, and adherence to project standards and best practices. • Foster strong client relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
