Provide onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 support including hardware/software setup, user account management, troubleshooting, and asset management.
Experience with desktop hardware/software installation, user account management in Active Directory, troubleshooting, imaging, and IT asset management.
Title- IT Onsite Support Location- NJ/Florham Park Job Description: • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, printers, and peripherals. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person, phone, and remote assistance. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other systems. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and antivirus management. • Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops and laptops. • Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices according to organizational standards. • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. • Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects. • Asset Management and imaging • Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
