Job Title: Media Operations Specialist (Junior Level) Location: Memphis, TN or Remote Contract Length: 6+ Months Rate: $18-22/hr W2 Overview: We’re urgently seeking a junior-level Media Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure timely, accurate ad campaign launches. This is not a developer role. You’ll support campaign setup and management across CM360 and IAS, including taxonomy creation, creative trafficking, audience adjustments, and ongoing QA. Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage campaigns in CM360 and IAS • Create taxonomy and update execution grids • Upload, rename, and traffic creatives • QA campaigns pre- and post-launch • Wrap tags in IAS and manage creative swaps • Adjust platform-level audiences and maintain documentation Required Skills & Experience: • 1–3 years in ad operations or paid media (not organic/social) • Strong Excel skills (including semi-advanced formulas) • Hands-on experience with CM360 • Familiarity with SEM, attribution, tag enablement, pixel placements • Bonus: Experience with YouTube and AI-driven advertising in Google Ads Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented with a solid grasp of paid media operations.
