Role :AI Product Owner| Business Analyst (Gemini | Vertex AI) Location :Pleasanton CA - Remote Position Type : Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled AI focused Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead product development, requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment for a GenAI-powered Label Compliance Tool. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring that Albertsons’ internal guidelines as well as regulatory regulations are accurately reflected in the solution. Key Responsibilities • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews. • Partner with Albertsons IT, AI CoE, regulatory teams, and Capgemini delivery teams to align business requirements. • Translate regulatory frameworks and requirements into structured, machine-validated formats and technical requirements. • Establish and track KPIs for compliance accuracy, automation efficiency, and end-user adoption. Qualifications • 7+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, preferably in retail or CPG compliance systems. • Experience with GenAI applications with GCP, Gemini, Vertex AI. • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence. • Technical fluency in JSON/YAML schema design • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.?
