About this Position The CRM Solutions Engineer works with clients and the CRM consulting team and other Solution Engineers to plan, design, develop and launch new or complex functionality that is required by our prospects and customers. The role is also responsible for researching and developing new offerings for the practice and assisting the Consulting Manager with decisions on the products and verticals that are supported by the team. Job Responsibilities Recommend Technology Solutions for our customers and prospects. Demonstrates understanding of goals and objectives and customer business needs by using Selling Through Curiosity discovery methodologies to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented. Collaborates closely with Solution Engineers, consulting manager, sales and project teams in assessing business strategy and priorities, and tuning solutions to business goals. Creates product demonstration scripts that clearly show how our CRM products address customer pain points based on progressive discovery. Delivers product demonstrations in an effective and engaging manner to customer. Strives to tell relatable stories so that customers can clearly see how our CRM solutions solves their pain points and improves their business. Can effectively manage an audience with diverse business needs and interests through demos ranging from a few hours to all day. Contributes to more effective operations by developing and enforcing best practice policies and procedures for product implementations. Develops detailed process and data models for logical and conceptual requirements to meet solution objectives. Applies modeling techniques and enterprise data standards to highly complex business requirements. Performs initial design, problem solving and reviews of software architecture appropriate to strategic direction of the customer. Coordinates cross-functional departments to develop solutions and resolve issues. Works closely with Project and Consulting Managers to ensure development and technical resources are assigned with appropriate task durations. Ensures financial targets are met by achieving budget goals and objectives. Job Requirements 1-3 years of CRM application consulting or Sales / Solutions Engineer experience with other CRM solutions, executing the entire SDLC from concept to production as a lead functional or technical consultant. Industry experience delivering highly available, highly scalable CRM solutions. Experience creating high level estimates based on limited requirements. Master at generating functional and technical Solution Design deliverables for both internal and external audiences. Ability to travel throughout North America. This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
