About this Position We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to help drive business decisions and growth. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to leadership. Job Responsibilities Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investments. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA preferred). 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems or BI tools preferred. Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $70,000 to $90,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
