About this Position Responsible to maintain and enhance the ChangePoint system. Assures that architecture and development follow best practices. Must ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, flexible and low maintenance. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in ChangePoint concepts, best practices, and procedures. Has technical hands-on experience implementing end-to-end solutions, has strong communication skills and the ability to work on complex projects as a key contributor/specialist. This candidate should also be able to find creative solutions to complex and diverse business requirements. This position will report to Director of System Operations. Job Responsibilities Maintain Changepoint system issues and updates. Experience with working on changes to data within ChangePoint back-end. Produce written deliverables for technical design, system testing and implementation activities. Investigate system defects, resolve defects and document results. Off hours and weekend support may be required to meet project milestones. Provide overall management and ownership of the ChangePoint system and remain current with technology and leading practices. Has worked on and is very familiar with SDLC methodology (Agile and Waterfall). Must be a team player , work with other team members and end-users. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university. Must have at least 4 years + experience as a ChangePoint Admin. Must have at least 5 years + experience as a ChangePoint Data Architect. Changepoint Web API knowledge and experience is a plus. Following skills are a must - C#, SSMS, TFS, Azure Dev Ops, MS Excel, Visual Studio. Nice to have Dynamics CRM, HTML, MS PowerShell, debug tools like Fiddler. Ability to work alone with little supervision. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges and be adaptable. Customer Requirements This job may require access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.
