Coordinate client onboarding, project customization, logistics, and develop local resource networks for ADU housing projects remotely.
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years relevant experience in project coordination or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proactive work style.
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This role will begin as an Independent Contractor (3–6 months), allowing us to assess your capabilities and fit with our operations. If successful, you may be invited to transition into a full-time position with Nestron. Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Product Guidance • Introduce Nestron products and guide clients to suitable housing options (including customization). • Support clients in budget planning, financing, and decision-making. Legal & Compliance Support • Assist clients in understanding and navigating building codes, permits, and required documentation. Project & Customization Support • Coordinate personalization requests and special project needs. • Act as the liaison between clients and technical partners. Logistics & Delivery Coordination • Manage delivery planning, timelines, and crane installation requirements. • Work with contractors on site preparation, permits, utilities, and foundation construction. Network & Resources Development • Research and build partnerships with U.S.-based architects, inspectors, crane operators, utility providers, and foundation builders. • Develop and maintain a reliable local resource network in counties supportive of ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field. • 2–3 years of relevant experience (project coordination, client management, construction/ADU-related coordination, or marketing/communications). • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and confidence in working without close supervision. • Familiarity with U.S. housing/real estate/ADU policies is a plus. Ideal Qualities • Clear, logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Proactive and able to drive tasks without micromanagement. • Team-oriented, open-minded, and adaptable. • Comfortable with cross-cultural communication and remote collaboration. Work Structure • Remote Work – Based in the U.S. • Phase 1: Independent Contractor (3–6 months trial period) • Phase 2:Transition to full-time employment with Nestron. • Flexible schedule but must be available to coordinate across U.S. and Asia time zones.
