The Market Operations Lead will strengthen the clinical and operational foundation of the Nest model by championing efficient workflows, reliable systems, and consistently high-quality care. In this pivotal role, you will help shape how our markets operate day to day- removing barriers, optimizing processes, and ensuring our teams have what they need to deliver exceptional care to families. As a key member of the local market team, you will play an active role in cultivating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing market culture. Your influence will foster team engagement, operational excellence, and the overall experience of both staff and families. You will also support a wide range of essential operational functions that keep our clinics running smoothly and allow us to deliver care with consistency, compassion, and reliability. Maintain office operations, including clinical and office supplies, invoicing, and coordination with landlords and administrative vendors Oversee onboarding for new team members, ensuring equipment, access, and systems are fully set up Follow up on all Redeterminations and ensure completion/ Eligibility Work Serve as a SuperUser for Salesforce and Athena, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the local team Manage mileage tracking, audits, and related compliance needs Support clinical operations by maintaining lab binders, performing quality controls, and ensuring clinical supplies remain at appropriate levels Manage VFC and commercial vaccine programs in partnership with the HSD. Provide backup support to Family Advocate teams in both office and field settings (If clinical) Build clinical team schedules, manage PTO requests, and ensure appropriate staffing coverage to meet operational goals. What do you bring to the Nest? High School diploma or equivalent education At least 2 years' experience in a medical office setting Excellent interpersonal skills Microsoft Office experience or experience in similar platforms Medical practice scheduling systems and EMR experience Ability to multitask in a busy startup environment Ability to work with external vendors and partners A clinical background is preferred for this position Experience with supply management, clinical scheduling and insurance verification is preferred Access to reliable transportation and willingness to comply with all the terms of the Nest Motor Vehicle Safety Policy Please note, this position will involve educating and encouraging vaccination against COVID-19. What is required (travel & physical requirements)? This position is a primarily office-based role with the need to travel between office locations in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas and occasionally go into the field and provide service in family homes Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
