About the Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Media Specialist to join our Salem-based team. In this role, you’ll manage organic and paid social media campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses across more than 50 markets in the United States. From content creation to performance reporting, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of targeted social media campaigns and help clients grow their digital presence and engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics, stays current on social media trends, and is comfortable integrating AI tools into their workflow. What You’ll Do • Create, schedule, and publish organic and paid social media content across client platforms. • Manage social media campaigns from start to finish, including: • Campaign planning and audience targeting • Content creation and scheduling • Monitoring performance and engagement • Reporting results and insights to clients • Utilize tools such as Meta for Business, SocialPilot, Canva, Wix, or similar platforms to execute campaigns efficiently. • Design basic visual assets and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring timely and professional responses when appropriate. • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, client-friendly summaries of results and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing and communication strategies. • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, ideation, and optimization while maintaining quality and accuracy. • Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field (internships and relevant coursework considered). • Experience managing organic and paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms. • Familiarity with tools such as Wix, Meta for Business, Canva, SocialPilot, or comparable platforms. • Basic design and layout skills with a strong eye for detail. • Comfort using AI tools as part of a modern digital marketing workflow. • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate results clearly. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. • Experience working with small businesses or marketing/advertising clients is a plus.
