Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers to drive customer success, product adoption, and revenue growth while collaborating cross-functionally.
7+ years technical management experience with strong Azure, cloud computing, VDI knowledge, leadership skills, and preferably a related bachelor's degree.
What you'll do Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer-centric values and continuous improvement. Develop tactics, objectives and key results, activities, and milestones to protect and grow MRR, including onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support. Drive revenue forecasting and risk documentation for visibility to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives. Utilize domain expertise to serve as an advisor and resource for Technical Account Managers and customers. Assist Technical Account Managers as they support customers through software implementation, provide recommendations for optimization, and drive adoption of Nerdio Manager. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, acting as a point of escalation to coordinate issue management and problem resolution. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and leverage customer success stories and testimonials. Enable new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Qualifications & experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical management role. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and related technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent technical and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Deep understanding and experience in driving product adoption. Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
