About the role This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving systems and processes to enhance partner and internal team experiences. You will play a critical part in executing and optimizing operational tasks, solving system issues, managing CRM/PRM data, and evolving our post-sales processes with the finance team. What you'll do Support the implementation and refinement of systems and processes that enhance experiences for Nerdio’s technology partners and internal teams. Troubleshoot system issues; resolve independently where possible or escalate via formal ticketing systems. Collaborate with support teams to assess and fix systemic problems efficiently. Assist Partner Managers by building and recommending CRM dashboards that deliver actionable insights, trend tracking, and innovation ideas. Maintain and audit CRM and PRM data for accuracy and usability. Support in creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the finance team to streamline partner post-sales operations including rebate payouts and statements. Contribute ideas and suggestions for process innovation; challenge existing systems where improvements can be made. Operate both independently and as a collaborative team player within a dynamic environment. Align with our internal revops team around PDM data for quota tracking to ensure accuracy for both individual and rolled up company channel progress reports. Qualifications Experience in the IT channel or technology partnership ecosystem is essential. Strong interest in systems, tools, and operational processes. Experience with CRM and/or PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and offering data-driven solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with finance and partner-facing teams.
