We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in driving new business by generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract closure. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience 8+ years’ business development experience preferably within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services firm Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract closure. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities and Duties Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively generate leads through inbound and outbound efforts. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up. Forecast sales accurately and provide regular updates to the sales management team. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges. Act as a trusted advisor and build rapport with key decision-makers. Proposal Development and Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits. Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with legal to ensure contract accuracy and facilitate smooth deal closure. Market Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify competitive trends and opportunities. Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate our products/services. Provide feedback to leadership regarding market conditions. Client Incubation and Handoff: Provide initial client incubation for the first 3 months post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Effectively transition clients to the Customer Success and Delivery Department (CSDD) for ongoing support. Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000 The pay range provided reflects the target compensation for this position, and individual pay within this range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications, internal equity with comparable roles at our company, market conditions, and the geographic location of the role.
