We’re growing fast and looking for great people to join us. About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Content & Social Strategist who has personally shipped content that performs at launch. This role is for someone who understands how to engineer attention spikes and can own both strategy and execution when it matters most. This is a social-first role focused on making startup launches perform exceptionally well on X and LinkedIn. The goal is not slow, long-term organic growth. The goal is to drive outsized reach, velocity, and momentum on launch day, often aiming for hundreds of thousands to millions of impressions within a short window. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and close to the work. You’ll be in the feed daily, making calls in real time and iterating quickly based on performance. You’ll shape narratives and hooks, write and refine social posts, and run execution around launch day. This is not a planning-only role. You are expected to make decisions, ship work, and adapt quickly based on results. You’ll also apply the same launch-driven thinking to Nen Creative’s own content and releases, helping us create breakout moments rather than just consistent posting. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience owning content and social execution across startups, agencies, brands, or creator-led teams Strong understanding of virality, short-form storytelling, audience behavior, and distribution mechanics Demonstrated growth and GTM experience, with the ability to connect content, social, messaging, timing, and supporting launch touchpoints Deep platform fluency on X (preferred) and LinkedIn, with solid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Ability to turn creative insights and performance data into clear, opinionated launch strategy Excellent writing skills with sharp instincts for hooks, clarity, and tone Experience managing multiple client launches or accounts simultaneously Confident leading founder-facing calls; hands-on, decisive, and fast to iterate based on real results What You’ll Do Lead social-first content and launch strategy for startup founders Own launch GTM across social, marketing assets, and launch moments Build, refine, and operationalize a scalable video launch playbook Write, shape, and pressure-test social posts for founder-led launches Orchestrate launch-day execution across platforms to maximize velocity Step in to execute directly when founders need hands-on support Analyze performance signals and rapidly iterate on formats, messaging, and distribution Partner closely with Nen’s co-founders to develop Nen’s content and social strategy
