Job Description Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Mac Endpoint Systems Administrator to join our Information Systems team. The Mac Endpoint Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of macOS devices across the enterprise. This role focuses on Apple endpoint management using Jamf Pro as our modern management platform. The position ensures that all Mac devices meet organizational standards for performance, security, and compliance, while providing advanced technical support and automation solutions. • Administer and maintain Jamf Pro for macOS device lifecycle management, including enrollment, configuration, patching, and compliance enforcement. • Develop and deploy policies, profiles, and scripts to automate Mac management tasks and enforce security standards. • Collaborate with Information Security to ensure macOS devices adhere to organizational compliance requirements (encryption, OS updates, application controls). • Provide tier-3 support for Mac-related incidents and requests, including troubleshooting hardware, OS, and application issues. • Integrate Jamf with other enterprise systems (e.g., Intune, identity management, network security tools). • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for Mac support processes. • Monitor and report on compliance, device health, and update status using Jamf and related tools. • Participate in planning and execution of OS upgrade cycles and application deployment strategies. • Assist with vendor coordination for Apple hardware procurement and lifecycle management. Job Requirements • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and a minimum of three (3)+ years of experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of five (5)+ years experience required in lieu of degree. • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing macOS devices in an enterprise environment. • Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration and MDM best practices. • Strong knowledge of macOS architecture, security frameworks, and Apple ecosystem integration. • Scripting proficiency (e.g., bash, Python) for automation and custom workflows. • Familiarity with identity management, network security, and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications • Jamf 300 or 400 certification. • Experience integrating Jamf with Microsoft Intune or other enterprise platforms.
