As a Content & System Operations Specialist on the ShelfGenie, a typical day for you will include: System and CRM Support: Collaborate with the systems team to provide strategic assistance for systems like HubSpot, WishPortal, and GOM, focusing on aligning operational needs with CRM priorities and proper messaging. Content Generation and Campaigns: Generate content for CRM activities, including Email and SMS workflows, to increase franchisee revenue through national and local campaigns. Training and Alignment: Assist in creating training content for new and existing systems, reviewing the content with the Director of Systems to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before deployment. Franchise IT and Operational Readiness: Provide IT support to franchise owners through Zendesk and coordinate with the Director of Systems to ensure all new franchise locations are operationally ready on platforms like WishPortal, Cadsoft, and DesignPro. Operational Efficiency: Suggest new systematic approaches to increase operational efficiency across various platforms and evaluate the brand's in-person event strategy to determine areas for improvement. Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. (Required qualifications) Experience: 2+ years of experience in operational management or a related IT field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint). Familiarity with managing different types of technology, such as HubSpot and Point of Sales systems. Proven track record of learning and implementing new systems is preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. Strong planning and project management skills. Positive and professional attitude. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines consistently. Strong technical acumen. Sense of humor. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid working model preferred; Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home.
