We're hiring a Client Success Specialist at Neighborly Software – where technology meets social impact! 🚀 While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those residing in Washington, Oregon, or Colorado will receive preference. 🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO • Be the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email • Manage updates to client systems with precision and care • Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build and configure new client applications • Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact and consistency • Solve problems creatively with professionalism while following best practices and maintaining SLAs • Collaborate with amazing teammates in our Client Success team • Grow your career – this role can evolve into Client Success opportunities! • Help communities manage key government programs such as HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar and Treasury programs that change lives 🌟 WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU BRING ✅ Tech-savvy, basic HTML with client service experience (SaaS experience a plus!) ✅ Customer Service mindset - provide exceptional customer service ✅ Detail-oriented and can work independently under pressure ✅ Quick learner who thrives in a startup environment ✅ Mission-driven – passionate about helping underserved communities ✅ Startup Mentality – you’re adaptable, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment ✅ Team player who loves cross-functional collaboration ✅ Georgia-based (required for this hybrid role) Bonus points for: ZenDesk, Hubspot and government funded housing programs experience! 💰 WHAT WE OFFER • $60K salary + generous performance bonuses • Excellent benefits (health, vision, dental, mental health, parental leave, 401k, loan assistance) • Professional development budget • Hybrid work model – office once/week in Atlanta Tech Village • Amazing perks – free coffee, snacks, ping pong, games, lunch, and beer! 🍺 • Growth opportunities – we love promoting from within!
