Role: SAP Account Delivery Head Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Domain: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Hiring Type: Fulltime Permanent Role Type: Executive Delivery & P&L Leadership Role Purpose: The SAP Account Delivery Head owns end-to-end delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance for a large, global CPG SAP engagement. This role serves as the single executive owner for a multi-tower SAP landscape spanning AMS, Enhancements, S/4HANA Transformations, and Data & Analytics, leading a globally distributed delivery organization while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership & Governance: • Executive sponsor for delivery; primary escalation owner • Build and sustain CXO-level client relationships • Lead QBRs, steering committees, and executive governance Delivery Ownership: • Own global SAP delivery across Run, Change, and Transform • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, delivery predictability, and quality • Lead Major Incident Management and service recovery Financial & Commercial Accountability: • Full P&L ownership for the account • Drive margin improvement, cost optimization, and revenue protection • Eliminate revenue leakages; ensure billing and forecast accuracy Account Growth & Value Creation: • Identify white-space opportunities and expansion areas • Shape renewals, extensions, and new SAP transformation programs • Position value-led outcomes beyond cost and operations People & Global Team Leadership: • Lead large, multi-geo SAP delivery teams (USA, India, Nearshore) • Build strong leadership bench and succession plans • Drive skill readiness, cross-skilling, and SAP certification compliance Key Success Metrics: • Client Satisfaction (CSAT / NPS) • SLA & KPI performance • Account margin and profitability • Revenue growth and wallet share • Escalation frequency and resolution effectiveness • Utilization, pyramid health, and attrition Experience & Profile: • 20+ years in SAP delivery leadership roles • Proven experience leading large global CPG SAP accounts • Strong background across AMS, SAP S/4HANA, and AD programs • Prior P&L ownership for complex engagements • Strong onsite client presence and global delivery leadership
