ABOUT NEEM MEDICAL SPA Neem is a fast-growing, multi-location luxury medspa known for clinical excellence, advanced technologies, and an elevated patient experience. We are entering a high-growth phase (“Neem 2.0”) and seeking a world-class Operations Manager to help scale us to the next level. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who loves data, systems, accountability, and delivering excellence. THE ROLE The Operations Manager ensures that every Neem location runs smoothly, profitably, and aligned with our culture of integrity, professionalism, and zero-gossip leadership. This role oversees day-to-day operations, KPIs and scorecards, staff accountability, onboarding, inventory, and patient experience execution. WHAT YOU WILL DO Leadership & Culture • Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 40+ across multiple locations • Maintain Neem’s high standards for professionalism, culture, and teamwork • Conduct weekly team huddles and monthly 1:1s Operations & Systems • Oversee daily operations for all locations • Implement and maintain SOPs, patient flow processes, and clinic efficiency • Improve staff utilization and scheduling effectiveness KPI, Data & Performance • Manage weekly scorecards across locations and roles • Track revenue, rebooking, conversion, membership sales, product sales, etc. • Identify gaps and create weekly/monthly action plans • Hold staff accountable with clarity, coaching, and measurable results Sales & Membership Growth • Support PCCs and providers with scripts and training • Monitor membership growth and location-level performance • Assist with promotions, events, and new service rollouts Hiring & Training • Recruit and onboard PCCs, aestheticians, and NPs • Maintain high standards for training, customer service, and performance Compliance & Quality • Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and documentation standards • Oversee chart audits and treatment quality checks Inventory Management • Oversee injectable + retail inventory, ordering, and cost control • Maintain accurate COGS and stock rotation WHO YOU ARE • 3–5+ years experience as an Operations Manager in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice (required) • Proven ability to manage KPIs, increase revenue, and build strong teams • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven • Confident communicator and coach who can give feedback effectively • Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented • Thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment • No-drama, no-ego, accountable leader COMPENSATION Base Salary: • $85,000 –$130,000+ (multi-location med spa/plastic surgery experience) Bonuses: • Quarterly performance bonus -on revenue goals achieved Benefits: • Paid time off • Paid holidays • 401k match (if applicable) • Medical aesthetics + wellness perks • Paid trainings and leadership development WHY NEEM You won’t just manage operations — you’ll help build a next-generation aesthetics + longevity brand, working directly with founder Dr. Rosy Sandhu during a high-growth expansion phase.
