As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and communicating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed for meetings. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls. Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive team. Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for upcoming meetings and projects. Assist in the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking for the executive team. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in another administrative role within a corporate environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in business administration or a related field is preferred.
